These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Metro Valet Parking website and services, including monthly parking subscriptions and valet and parking management services. By submitting a request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Metro Valet Parking provides valet services, parking facility management, and monthly parking at managed locations across Metro Detroit. Specific service terms for business clients are set out in the applicable service agreement or proposal.
Monthly Parking Subscriptions
- Requests and approval: Submitting a monthly parking request does not guarantee a space. All requests are subject to review, availability, and approval.
- Permits: Each subscription covers the vehicle(s) registered to it. Your license plate must match the registered vehicle; unregistered vehicles may be subject to enforcement, including towing at the vehicle owner's expense where posted.
- Payment: Monthly fees are due as invoiced. Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended, and permits deactivated, until the balance is paid.
- Term and renewal: Subscriptions run for the period stated at signup. Where auto-renew is enabled, subscriptions renew for successive periods until cancelled with notice as described in your account terms.
- Cancellation: You may request cancellation through your customer portal or by contacting us. Refunds, if any, are handled per the terms in effect at signup.
- Use of facilities: Park only in designated areas. Follow all posted rules, signage, and instructions from attendants. We may change space assignments as operations require.
Valet Services
- Valet attendants exercise reasonable care in handling vehicles. Please remove valuables and personal items before handing over your keys.
- Claims for damage must be reported before leaving the facility or as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 24 hours after the valet service.
- Our liability for any claim arising from valet services is limited to the direct, proven damage caused by our negligence, and in no event exceeds the amount permitted by applicable law.
Payments
Payments are processed through our designated payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Customer Portal
Customer portal accounts are for the account holder only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use of This Website
- Provide accurate information in all forms and requests.
- Do not submit spam, automated requests, or false information.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the website or access systems without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metro Valet Parking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. We are not responsible for theft of or damage to vehicles or personal property except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in a service agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you use our services applies. Material changes will be noted by the "Last updated" date above.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
